I am up front with my sellers regarding my marketing plan for their listing and I perform all of the necessary services in order to obtain the highest price for the property in the least amount of time. I believe in spending money on my sellers! I feel my sellers deserve a wide array of marketing tools to best expose their property to potential buyers. No local Realtor spends more of their own money effectively marketing and exposing their seller’s property to the market than I do. After all, that is what you pay for.
